Turbine I had played on (and actually got Family Practice on IIRC) and is quite basic, but good. And reducing so that people got the unlocks earlier was a good move too - it makes the last unlock less elite / exclusive, but I'm sure <strong>many</strong> more people will get it (and hence try to get it) now.
