The thing is that having a rating system is fine in this country, but my understanding is that there is no such restriction in the US, just &#039;recommendations&#039;, hence the want for tighter controls. In theory, they wouldn&#039;t be necessary, but humans aren&#039;t perfect :S</description>

		<description>It is not the games fault, or the games makers, it is the persons/parents. if the parents dont want thri kids to do this, dont buy 18 games for 10 year olds...and if they are odler than 18 and buy it themselves, you should have to take an IQ test to stop utter tits buying games like this...also, 9 year old playing GTA: SA? :roll:</description>
